Question: How do I register to be in the parade?

Answer: Go to www.bluetipparade.com and read the instructions and guidelines for participation in the parade, download the entry form, and send in the completed forms with your entry fee (if applicable) before the registration deadline.

Question: When is the deadline to register to be in the parade?

Answer: It varies from year to year, go to www.bluetipparade.com to find out.

Question: Will I get a written confirmation of my parade registration?

Answer: No, instead you should consult www.bluetipparade.com to find out when confirmation will be posted on that website and what spot you are assigned in the parade.

Question: If I miss the deadline to register to be in the parade, can I call someone to get in?

Answer: No telephone calls. It is probably too late, but late parade entry questions can be sent to the email link posted at www.bluetipparade.com. The parade organizers are all volunteers with real jobs, and you are interrupting them if you call them about not registering in a timely manner, so please don't.

Question: Can I move my assigned spot in the parade towards the front?

Answer: No.

Question: Is it true that the Blue Tip Festival Parade is so popular that days in advance of the event people begin putting out chairs and blankets to save a spot to watch the parade.

Answer: Yes.

Question: Where is the Festival?

Answer: Memorial Park, Park Drive, Wadsworth, Ohio, 44281. It is about a 1/4th mile west of downtown Wadsworth. Parking is free. Here is a link to a Map.

Question: What is the cost of a Festival Ride Hand-stamp?

Answer: You'll have to go to the Festival Ticket Booth for the answer to this question. Ride hand-stamp prices are set by the festival's ride service company, and can change from year to year or even during the week.

Question: I would like to be a Food or Souvenir Vendor on the Midway, whom do I contact?

Answer: Festival Concessions Chairperson, Karen Reid, (330-760-5252).

Question: I want to reserve a booth in the Merchant's Tent, whom do I contact?
